connecting flights on different airlines in beijing capital airport t3

Question

I am transferring in PEK T3 between different airlines (Singapore Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines). My transit time is 2hr 10mins. Is that sufficient? Do I have to collect my luggage, re-check in and go through Immigration?

If you buy the interline tickets, you don't need to recollect your luggage. And the 2 hours 10 minutes is enough. The transfer procedures are: Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
