About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello,
We have flight with Turkish airlines to Beijing (arrive 22Dec 16.40pm) and have other flight with Cambodia Angkor air to Cambodia (departure at 24Dec 03.30am). These both flight is not connected flights. Could I use 72 hours or 144Hour Free Transit in Beijing? No matter that they both not connection flights?
Also one of requirement for free transit is tickets with confirmed seat... ("An onward ticket with confirmed seat are needed"). But check in for Cambodia Angkor airlines possible to do only in airport, departure day, as they dont have online check in.... I have only tickets without confirmed seats... It can be any problem of this?
