About:Visa on Arrival

My mom is pensioned and plan to visit Hong Kong for 3 months

She would like to visit family in Shenzhen. How often can she apply for a VOA? Thanks.

It is no limited but don't apply for it too often or the China customs would suspect your purpose of entry.
