About:China Visa Fees

I am Indonesian Nationality, working and residence in Saudi Arabia. Planning to company my wife

For Medical Treatment. She already has the visa and I have to apply my Chinese entry permit in Saudi Arabia
Kindly advise the requirement.

If you want to apply for a tourist L type for that, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in there, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
