About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philippine passport holder, with layovers in Urumqi (11hours) and Guanzhou (8hrs).

I'm departing from Tbilisi, Georgia going to Manila, Philippines but I have 11 hours stop in Urumqi and 8 hrs stop in Guanzhou. Do I need a transit g if I don't plan of leaving the airport?

As I know, there is only 2 hours free transit in Urumqi, so you need to apply for a visa for your layover in mainland China beforehand.
