About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, the 72 hour free states onward to a 3rd Country. Can I use this for a short visit only

Flight UK - Beijing - UK arrival and departure well within 72 hours ?

Of course not. It's visa-free transit. Visits to China require a visa.
