About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Australia -Guangzhou -Changsha -Frankfurt, stopover in China will be less than 24h but mulitple stop

Hi, Im German and would like to double check if I need a visa. Im having two stopovers in China, all in less than 24h. Is this right, that I dont need entry permit?

Yes. You are eligible for the 24h twov in mainland China.
