Can I stay for 3 days in shanghai?

I'm a filipina living in Phuket Thailand we want to take a cruise from shanghai ...can I get a 144hr twov?

You cannot get 144h twov in Shanghai. You are supposed to apply for a visa for that trip beforehand.
