About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

NZL Passport, 144 Guangdong Transit Visa

Has the Visa been implemented already, if not do you know when? I am planning to arrive from NZL to Guangdong to one of the three listed Airports but leave for Hong Kong via train, Louhu Boarder crossing, or do I need to leave only by Airplane from Guanddong? Thanks, Stefan

When will you arrive in China? As of January 1, 2019, Guangdong is likely to implement the 144-hour visa-free transit.
