Tourist visa and Detailed Marriage requirements

hello, im filipino and my husband is chinese national and we are planning to have wedding in china, i would like to bring my family to witness our wedding. what are the detailed and complete requirements to get chinese entry permit for me and my family？and also what are the requirements to get married in china？so china will also recognize our marriage？

You can have wedding in china. Your family can apply for tourist L type for the trip. First, prepare the passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from China, travel plan, bank statement, tax certificate, identity card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Next, submit the application to Chinese embassy or consulate. You can apply for family Q type if you have valid marriage certificate. You can find the detailed information from the official website of the Chinese embassy in your country.

wow thanks！i have read the Q type and i find its requirements easy than L type.. so these means we could just apply for Q type？isn't？
