About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Do we qualify for free Shanghai 144 hour visas?

Hi, my wife and I are flying to SH at the end of Jan 19, we will then stay for two nights before boarding a cruise, which ends in Singapore. Do we qualify?

If the ship won't make any other stop in China after leaving Shanghai, you qualify.

I think we're booked on the same cruise from the sound of it !
Great news if we don't need visas but I wonder if the first stop in Hong Kong after SH is counted as another Chinese destination ?
