22 Hours Stop Over with Filipino Passport at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

I'm a Filipino traveling from Dubai to Manila via China Southern. I have 22 Hours stop over in Baiyun Airport. Do I need to apply a Visa to visit the city center?

I thought only allowed to stay inside the airport. But if I can go out and go to the centre without needing a visa much better. Thanks
