how many days does a person can be detained in china for overstaying?

my cousin enter china and has 6 months visa but she overstayed for another 6 months and she was caught by the Chinese Police what would be the punishment?

The punishment would be the fine of CNY 10,000, detention for up to 15 days, and a ban of at least 5 years from the country.
