About:Chinese Embassy in Burundi

I overstayed in China for 7 months and I have paid fine. is it possible to reapply

I did my bachelor degree in China Shenyang after my 4years I wanted to do Chinese i got my documents necessary a bit it was in January 2017 schools were already In holiday I met someone on wevhat that person scammed me when I realized I was scammed I went to the police I paid fine so now I would love to go back to do masters is it possible to reapply

That long time overstay would get you blacklisted and you cannot re-apply for Chinese visa for a certain time.
