Visa for xiamen if entering by sea and sailing on to vietnam
When did the free transit exemption rule come in...I have a dispute with princess cruises who told me it was mandatory to have a visa..we sailed from Japan,entered xiamen for six hours and sailed on to Vietnam without getting off the ship.the date this came into force is very important as princess as making passengers making passengers get a visa
