About:Beijing Capital International Airport

hi, my mum arrives to Beijing Capital Airport terminal 3 with S7 airlines

and then departs from terminal 1 with Hainan airlines for Shenzhen. Does she need to go through custom and get her luggage? Will 3.5 hours be enough for transfer? thanks!

3.5 hours is enough for her to transfer and she needs to collect her luggage and go through the customs.
