I want to invite my mum to china for a visit.

I live in china with my wife and kids, my wife is chinese and we have been married for 4 years. I want to invite my mum to china to visit us for a duration of 1 year, am using q1 visa but I want to know 1. Can my mum get Q visa or S visa ? 2. Should I write the invitation letter or my wife? 3.since am using q1 visa am I required to submit an introduction letter from the company I work for

Emma, your mum can apply for Q type, which require valid passport, application form and recent photo, your wife's invitation letter, copy of your wife's Chinese ID, and copy of your marriage certificate and your birth certificate.
