12 hour stay in Beijing Capital Airport

How do I book the in transit hotel via internet? Otherwise can I leave the airport to stay in a nearby hotel?

Pay Lounge is in service in the airport where you can take a good rest and don't need to get out of the airport. There are two points at T3: one is at west of public space in Arrival Lounge at 2nd Floor of T3-C and its phone number is 010-64558577 or at east of International Departure Lounge of T3-E and its phone number is 010-64532621. You can call them to book one.

You are eligible for the 24-hour free visa and If you wish to get out of the airport, you shall apply to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities for temporary entry permits.
