Can i change my humetarian Visa to X visa without exit from China

Hi friends i want to know that i have a humetarian visa with 25 days more validity and now i have a jw202 of a university also can i apply for a X1 without exit from China

You can try to do that at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that.
