I have a conviction
I have a conviction Is more then 5 years. It was for reckless/ property damage. Meaning the guy claimed I broke his camera and the court justified that even though I did not touch the camera or break the camera but because of my action he dropped his camera and therefore it was damaged hence it is called “reckless criminal damage. I was only fined.. no other criminal records, caution, warning etc in my life.. will I still get a tourist visa?
