Can I pick up my tickets from a China Post in YongPing Yunnan Province?

I was told I can buy tickets at a China Post in YongPing. If I order the tickets online on this site, is it possible to pick them up at the China Post in YongPing Yunnan Province?

If you book ticket online, you could only pick up tickets at the railway stations. Maybe there is a ticket office at the China Post, but you could only buy ticket there upon arrival.
