Visa on Arrival by high speed train to Futian

Is it possible to buy a 5 day Shenzhen visa on arrival at Shenzhen Futian station by the high speed rail from Hong Kong, please - for a UK passport and Hong Kong ID card holder?

No, this cannot work. To take the high speed rail from HK to Shenzhen, the visa check will be at Hong Kong West Kowloon station before boarding. It do not support visa on arrival, you must hold visa in advance.
