Onward ticket. We will be flying into Shanghai from Hong Kong and staying in Shanghai for 3 days

before going to Tokyo, how do we get a ticket for our onward ticket out of Shanghai to Tokyo with the flight being days away? Is there any other documentation we can provide instead of the actual ticket since those are usually not issued until about 24hrs before the flight?
