About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I plan to arrive by plane from Holland to Beijing an spend 3 days in BJ.

before taking from Beijing the Trans Mongolia train to Ulan Bataar in Mongolia. Can I use the 144 hr free visa?
