i am traveling through china, and my ticket is booked in two seperate legs, i need to leave through

i am traveling through china, and my ticket is booked in two seperate legs, i need to leave through customs and passport control in order to receive my suitcase and check in for my next flight. i have a stop of 3 hours and 45 minutes. do i need a visa to leave to get my baggage? do i have enough time to do so in the airport within 3 hours and 45 minutes?

You don't need a visa in Guangzhou as you can enjoy free transit in there.

After arriving, you can go to the transit counter to apply for the free transit. You can get the result within ten minutes if only few people are waiting there.
