Which is the best wall for wheelchair access?

I understand Badaling has two lifts but is there flat wheelchair access on the wall?
My grandmother is unable to access steps

As I know, there is a flat wheelchair access on the north side of the east gate. Upon arrival, you can consult the staff in the scenic area.
