About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

will the 144 hr TWOV allow me Tokyo-Beijing (2 nights), Shanghai (3 nights), Shanghai-Seoul?

I am flying non-stop from Tokyo to Beijing, then taking a domestic flight from Beijing to Shanghai, stay 3 days there and exit from Shanghai to Seoul (S. Korea)
