The fastest way is to take a taxi. It may take about 40-50min, costing around CNY120 at night.

Or upon landing, you can take the airport bus Longhai Hotel Line and get off at the final stop. The bus ticket fare is CNY25. Then take a taxi to the hotel. The taxi fee is about CNY10. The whole ride may take about 2 hours.
