My flight landing at 11.30pm at lanzhou (LHW) airport

may i know which bus still operating to ibis hotel city center at that time?

Well, there are several Ibis Hotels in the city. Do you have exact address in city center?

Take shuttle bus of Chengguan District to Ruida Hotel, then you can take taxi to your hotel.
