About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

AMS - PVG - BNE from 12/12 till 13/12 and SYD - PVG - AMS from 12/1 till15/1. Transit?

Our first stay in Shanghai lasts 10.10 hours and our second stay in Shanghai lasts 90.10 hours. We depart from and finish in AMS. The whole trip is organized by BudgetAir via China Eastern. Do we qualify for 2x free transits?
