About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

BRU-SVO-PEK-HKG-BNE

I'm travelling from Brussels to Brisbane (throught Russia and China) with Belgian passport I will have first stopover in Russia. When I'll arrive to China I have first stop over in PEK and then in HKG. Would I be abble to get a 72h free visa for PEK, whlie I have my second stop over in HKG?

Hong Kong is considered a different country from China for immigration purposes. So Russia > Shanghai > Hong Kong is ok as there are no other mainland China landings.

Sorry I mean Beijing, not Shanghai but works the same way.
