Which of the peaks or cable car/way of Huangshan is closed

Hi, I am going to Huangshan mountain from 19-25 December 2018. May I know which of the peaks or cable car/way is closed during that period?

Which one is the Grand Valley Cableway? In the article, they don't refer to that cableway.

The West Grand Valley Cable Car is the Grand Valley Cableway I said before.
