About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa in PuDong Shanghai

Hello,

Could you please advise me about 24-hour TWOV. I am a citizen of Kyrgyzstan and want to travel and return from New York (USA) to Melbourne (AUS) and have transit in PuDong Shanghai less than 6 hours in both my ways.
Do I need entry permit? Or exception for Kyrgyzstan's citizen does not apply for PuDong Shanghai?

Transit without visa does not apply to Kyrgyzstan nationals. You need a visa in advance of travel.

Thank you for prompt reply,
But just to clarify, above on this page there is information that:
1. Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Yemen passport holders transiting in Xiamen require a visa.
and exception on transit in Urumqi more than 2 hours.
I understand it that if I have a transit only in Xiamen or Urumqi I have to receive a visa and no direct requirement of obtaining a visa for transit in Shanghai less than 24 hours.
