About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel by Train Hong Kong to Guangzhou

Hello,

If I take a train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou for a eight-hour visit, and then return by train to Hong Kong that same day, would that be an eligible transit route for 24-hour TWOV? Thank you,

It's not a transit so you have to apply for a visa in advance.
