About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Can I use 144 hour visa

My flight is Sofia-Instanbul-Shanghai-Instanbul-Sofia and I'm planning to stay 3 days in Shanghai.
Can I use this 144 hours free visa, since my departure is from Sofia and then when I go back the first flight is to Istanbul?

You need a visa in advance or different flights. You are not in transit at Shanghai (you are in transit in Istanbul, twice).
