About:Marriage Registration in China

I'm a US citizen and I would like to marry my girl friend (a Chinese Nationality).

1. I have my divorce certificate with me and my passport, what else document do I need to submit
2. Eventually （2 -3 years）, I would like to move to US or visit to US, how do I have US goverment's recognition of our marrage that she is my spouse and have all the the legal right as a spouse?

1. You may also need to submit your passport, visa or residence permit in mainland China.
2. You can get your marriage certificate authenticated from the US embassy or consulate general for that.
