About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do i need a visa transiting in WUHAN international airport

I'm flying from Moscow to GuangZhou than to Penang, but i have to transit in Wuhan in between Moscow and GuangZhou, do i need entry permit?

If your total layover time in mainland China is within 24 hours, you can get the free transit, and no visa will be needed.

If you should fly on a malaysian passport......

I would contact the Beijing immigration as malaysian passport holders are disqualified for the 24h twov.
But on TIMATIC this list of disqualified countries disappeared so nobody knows for sure if Malaysia is still banned for the 24h twov or not.
