Can I show my work contract only to apply the visit visa to HK?Do I also need to show Bank Deposit?

I'm afraid you cannot do that. Aside from the bank deposit, you may also need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan as well as others.
