About:China Visa on Arrival

Do they give visa in the immigration in shenzen to Philippines passport anymore?

I've been to Shenzhen many times before and just getting visa on gate. And also I travel to Beijing many times. I'm Holding Hongkong residents already. For they give me entry permit in gate?as I know they change some policy. Thanks
