About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling PER (Australia) - CAN (Guangzhou) - YVR (Vancouver International)

Hi, I'm travelling from Perth in Australia to Vancouver Canada with a 17 hour stop over in Guangzhou. Am I eligible for the 24 hour visa-free entry permit? Thanks in advance :)
