Luggage in my international transfer in Beijing Capital Airport

Hello, I will fly with CA842 (Vienna - PEK) and CA757 (PEK - Bangkok) with a 2.5 hour transfer. The question I have is the following: Do I have to pick up the luggage during the transfer and take it for the second check?
