Malaysian to apply student visa in singapore to study in china

Hi, i'm a malaysian holding malaysia passport. Can i apply or process my student X in singapore as i'm going to china for futher studies? And how long is the processing time. Thank you.

It's possible for you to apply in Singapore if you have valid residence permit in there. It usually takes four working days for the processing.
