L Visa - Mulitple Entries (1 Year) do they need to be listed on application?

I'm applying for a multiple entry tourist L (1 year). I have my first entry/exit flights booked. Do I need to have all entries pre-booked to list on the visa?

As I know, you don't have to have all entries pre-booked to list, you can use the first entry/exit flights for that.
