If I go as tourist in HK , am I able to get police clearance there instead of processing from phili?

I want to secure a police clearance from Hongkong for my future plans to US .I worked there from December 17,2013to June 18,2014. If I go there as tourist to process and get police clearance, will they issue police clearance for me ? Please enlighten me. Thanks
