How can i be able to obtain a police clearance while im here in the philippines?

Usually, you need to get a CTC or sedula first. Then get a Barangay Clearance from the barangay you live. After that, you need to go to the local PSB to apply for a clearance with the two documents, your ID card and an application. After you sumbit your documents, you can get your clearance easily.
