South African with residence in South Korea

Hello,
I am curious if I can get a police clearance from South Korea instead of getting it from South Africa as I've been living in South Korea for the past 10 years with residency here.

If so, maybe you can get a police clearance from South Korea. You are advised to contact the China embassy to confirm this in advance.
