can we get 24hour twv?

Question

We are flight from Aus to south korea via Guangzhou. We are australian citizens. We stay in Guangzhou airport for 17 hours. Can we get 24 hour TWV for hotel stay overnight? The hotel is provided by china southern airline.We called airline service desk. They are not sure about it. Plz let us know thanks. We have 2 kids wont be able to stay in airport for 17hours. Thanks so much cause on the other website written that there is no more 24hours. And we can not get 72 hours twov cause we stay less than 24hours.
