About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be flying into Beijing from New Jersey, I have 2-hour layover / before I go to Manila

I will be just bringing a carry on bag / what are the steps I take once I get off the plane to transfer to my next flight/Thank You
