Is it possible to get mainland china train ticket?

Moving from HK to Nanning, so I m thinking about booking two tickets(HK west kowloon-Shenzhen bei plus Shenzhen bei - Nanning). As I know it s a hassle to get my booked ticket in shenzhen bei station, Is it possible to get my mainland china ticket(shenzhen bei -nanning) in west kowloon station? If possible how much is the service fee?

You could get all the ticket at West Kowloon station, the surcharge is HKD10-30 per ticket.
