About:China Visa Fees

I am a philippine passport holder transiting through Shanghai to Europe

I have a plan of going on a trip to Europe. I am a Philippine-passport holder. Currently residing in Hong Kong and have a 4-hour transit in Shanghai. Do I need a transit visa? Thanks
